Online Course Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment & Payments

Enrollment in the Art Studio 10 Online Program is confirmed upon receipt of the first payment installment or full tuition payment.

Tuition may be paid:

  • in full, or

  • in up to four installments, according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment.

All payments must be completed on time in order to maintain access to live sessions, course materials, critiques, and communication with instructors.

Art Studio 10 reserves the right to suspend participation or access to course content in cases of overdue payments.

Because the program is personalized and places are limited, enrollment is reserved specifically for each student upon confirmation of payment.

2. Access to Course Materials

Students receive access to:

  • recorded lessons,

  • course materials,

  • demonstrations,

  • and related educational resources

for a period of 12 months from the official start date of their program.

Access is intended solely for the enrolled participant and may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or made publicly available.

3. Live Sessions & Attendance

The program includes:

  • one live 3-hour instructional session per week,

  • one live critique session per week,

  • and ongoing written guidance and support.

Students are encouraged to attend live sessions consistently in order to benefit fully from the individualized instruction and feedback process.

If a student misses a live session:

  • recordings will be made available whenever possible,

  • and students may request to attend a comparable session during their active enrollment period, subject to availability.

Student progress depends on regular participation, independent studio work, and engagement throughout the program.

All live session times are communicated in Central European Time (CET/CEST). Students are responsible for verifying time zone differences in their local region.

4. Pauses & Transfers

Students may request one temporary pause of up to two weeks during the program.

Pause requests must:

  • be communicated in advance,

  • and receive approval from Art Studio 10.

In cases of unforeseen personal, medical, or professional circumstances preventing participation, students may request a transfer to a future course cycle within 12 months of the original program start date, subject to availability and studio approval.

Transfers are limited to one occurrence per enrollment.

5. Refund Policy

All tuition payments are non-refundable.

Due to the personalized nature of the program, limited enrollment capacity, and immediate access to educational materials and scheduling, Art Studio 10 does not offer refunds for:

  • missed sessions,

  • partial attendance,

  • scheduling conflicts,

  • or withdrawal from the program after enrollment confirmation.

6. Technical Requirements

To participate effectively in the online program, students are responsible for providing:

  • a stable internet connection (recommended minimum speed: 10 Mbps),

  • a functioning webcam and microphone,

  • access to Zoom or other designated communication platforms,

  • and the ability to photograph and upload artwork clearly for critiques and feedback.

Students are also encouraged to work in a quiet and adequately lit environment suitable for live instruction.

Art Studio 10 is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by a student’s equipment, internet connection, or software issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including:

  • videos,

  • demonstrations,

  • lesson materials,

  • critiques,

  • written feedback,

  • and recordings

remain the intellectual property of Art Studio 10.

Course materials are provided exclusively for personal educational use by enrolled students and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, shared, published, or used commercially without prior written permission from Art Studio 10.

Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of course content may result in termination of access to the program without refund.

8. Recording & Privacy

Live sessions may be recorded for educational and archival purposes and made available exclusively to enrolled students.

By participating in the program, students acknowledge and consent to the possibility of appearing in session recordings, including audio, video, shared artwork, and written feedback exchanged during live sessions.

Students may not independently record, reproduce, or distribute live sessions without prior written permission from Art Studio 10.

Art Studio 10 respects student privacy and will not publicly distribute personal student information or artwork without permission.

9. Studio Rights

Art Studio 10 reserves the right to:

  • modify scheduling,

  • adjust course structure,

  • update educational materials,

  • substitute instructors when necessary,

  • change digital platforms or technical systems,

  • or make reasonable program modifications

when required to maintain the quality, continuity, and integrity of the educational experience.
